I require:
-A picture of your brows. Pictures without makeup or filter please.
-What procedure you are interested in: powder brow, microblading and/or lip blush
-Your full name, phone number and email address
-Location: Phoenix, AZ. Yuma,AZ or out of town.
-Please be ready to pay your $150 deposit when booking a date! Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (you can reschedule only ONCE due to illness, COVID or emergency or work conflict. After the first reschedule, you forfeit your initial deposit and must pay deposit again in order to reschedule)
-Deposit can be paid through Venmo or Zelle. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, I WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING CASH, ZELLE OR VENMO.
-price: $650 (at your first session, deposit will be deducted from that) $150 at your 6-8 week touch up.
